Brief Biodata: Chaitanya Kulkarni is a Principal DevOps Engineer at Oracle America, Inc., where he leads cloud database infrastructure for the Autonomous Database Serverless Team, supporting tens of thousands of Oracle Autonomous Databases at 99.99%+ uptime for Fortune 500 enterprises. With 22+ years of Oracle database and cloud infrastructure experience, he is an IEEE Senior Member, Fellow of BCS (FBCS), Fellow of IETE (F-507240), Distinguished Fellow of SCRS, and Founding Chair of the ACM Bluffdale Utah Chapter. He serves as a Queen Elizabeth Prize for Engineering Ambassador Alumni and has delivered keynote addresses at international IEEE conferences including AICCoNS 2026 (Dubai) and IEEE-ICAISET 2026 (Cairo). His research spans AI Vector Search, Oracle Autonomous Database, NL2SQL, and cloud security architectures, with publications in IEEE and Springer venues.
